About the Work

As our General Superintendent – Electrical Construction , you’ll oversee multiple project sites, leading field teams and ensuring quality, safety, and schedules stay on track. You’ll be the person who connects strategy to execution — making sure our teams have what they need to do their best work every day.

What You’ll Do

-Lead and support multiple electrical construction projects, from mobilization through closeout

-Supervise and coach project superintendents and foremen — build teams that deliver excellent work

-Oversee field operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with plans and codes

-Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to plan schedules, manpower, and materials

-Identify potential issues early and solve problems before they impact the schedule

-Support company safety culture — ensure every worker goes home safe, every day

-Track progress, report field updates, and help maintain accurate project documentation

-Represent the company on-site with professionalism and integrity

What You Bring

-10+ years in electrical construction, including experience as a superintendent or general superintendent

-Deep knowledge of electrical systems, NEC codes, installation methods, and safety regulations

-Experience managing large crews and multiple project sites

-Strong communication and leadership skills — you know how to motivate and mentor people

-The ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction schedules

-A mindset for safety, quality, and continuous improvement
