who’s passionate about protecting people, reducing risk, and building trust on every jobsite. In this role, you’ll lead safety initiatives, coach teams, and ensure compliance with our Safety Health Program, customer standards, and OSHA regulations.

What you’ll do
Here’s what your days might look like:
-Be the go-to safety expert for our field teams, customers, and general contractors.
-Inspect jobsites regularly, observe work processes, and provide real-time coaching.
-Lead safety trainings and present weekly toolbox talks tailored to each site’s activities.
-Conduct site-specific new hire orientations to set safety expectations from day one.
-Perform monthly safety audits, including:
-Fall protection
-Assured grounding
-Temporary power GFCI inspections
-Arc flash PPE inspections
-Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and coaching for improvement.
-Keep everyone aligned on state/local codes, OSHA standards (CFR 29 1926), and NFPA 70E requirements.
-You’ll report directly to our Director of Safety
and work closely with site managers to create safer workplaces every day.

Must-have training:
OSHA 30
OSHA 510
First Aid/CPR
NFPA 70E
Preferred certifications:
CHST or STSC (or both)
Experience:
5+ years of commercial construction safety experience
Skills you’ll use every day:
-Leading and influencing others—even without formal authority
-Public speaking and training diverse teams
-Communicating clearly, verbally and in writing
-Managing multiple priorities without losing focus
-Using tech tools (computers, phones, and office software) with ease
Bonus points if you have:
-Experience managing safety across multiple jobsites
-Knowledge of injury case management
-Familiarity with safety management systems and multi-employer worksites
-A strong understanding of Focus Four hazards and the Hierarchy of Controls
