National Training & Development Director

 The Manager, Training and Development designs, plans, implements, administers, and continuously improves company training and talent development programs, policies, procedures, and learning resources.

This role partners with functional teams and business leaders to assess current and future training needs, evaluate the effectiveness of established programs, and develop practical learning solutions that support office and field operations. The position researches new training methods, engages outside vendors for supplemental training and content, and ensures training resources and delivery methods remain current, effective, and aligned with Titan’s changing business needs.

 ROLES SUPERVISED: May supervise a small team or lead a matrix structure

TRAVEL REQUIRED: Significant travel may be required up to 50%

ONSITE:  When not traveling, 4 days a week in office
