Service Director, Commercial Electric

Primary duties are to build and manage service contracts. The Service
Manager will be responsible for managing Account Managers and service personnel.
 
Major Responsibilities:

Specific tasks of the job may vary depending on project, location, and available staff.
·          Responsible for existing service accounts
·          Responsible for obtaining new service accounts
·          Service billings
·          Service collections
·          Monthly forecasting of service projects
·          Coordinate local and non-local projects
·          Training of Titan Electric management systems
·          Reviewing service department personnel
·          Recruiting and hiring service personnel
·          Maintaining the fleet and inventory of service vehicles
·          Managing the inventory of service tools assigned to fleet vehicles
·          Ensuring the warranty process for contract jobs upon completion.
 
Qualifications:

·          Construction Management/Engineering/Business Management Degree or equivalent experience preferred
·          High School Graduate or GED required
·          Must have practical electrical and general construction knowledge and/or experience
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints/construction drawings
·          Clear written and verbal communication skills
·          Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
· Familiarity with PDF processing software, preferably Bluebeam
·          Positive attitude and outlook
·          Integrity, honesty, and responsibility with a desire to contribute to a team
·          Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
·          Ability to prioritize tasks
· Strong aptitude to work within deadlines
