Electrical and communication services including design, installation, testing, long-term service, and maintenance.

Referral Eligibility:

  • The candidate must be sourced through the individual efforts of the employee.
  • The candidate must be referred for a regular full-time or regular part-time position that is open.
  • The referral candidate cannot currently be employed as a contractor with the Company or have worked for the Company in the last twelve months.
  • The referred candidate must go through the normal recruitment process and be successfully hired.
  • The referred candidate must NOT be immediate family of the referring employee. Immediate family is defined as your spouse, parent or stepparent, parent or stepparent of your spouse, child, stepchild, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, grandparent, or grandparent of your spouse.


Referral Bonus:
The Company will pay referring employees a one-time reward payment of $500. Titan will also pay the referred employee a one-time payment of $500. The bonuses are subject to applicable state and federal taxes and applicable once the new employee has completed 90 days of service and is in good standing with the Company. The referring employee must be actively employed with the Company to receive reward payment. No referral bonus will be paid beyond day 120.
 

Procedure:

The referred employee MUST indicate on Titan's employment application the name of the employee that referred them in order to be considered eligible.
